I went to church this morning. Pam Kortendic had 144 candles they plan to use in the Christmas Eve service, I guess we'll each get one. They can't use real candles because we're renting our space and aren't allowed to drip wax on the floor. So we have small electric LED candles. Pam tested them out, I helped. I think they are supposed to go for a thousand hours or something before they die out. A long time, anyway.
One or more of them didn't work. I offered to take the one or more that didn't work home and try to fix it/them. It was really a joke because they only cost about 20 cents each so they aren't worth fixing, but I did it just for the fun of it. I used to do alot of electronic stuff as a hobby, but not lately. So I got out my soldering iron and tryed to fix the one or more that didn't work, and after awhile I succeeded in fixing it or them. And it was fun. Now here's a picture of some candles on my kitchen table. Try to guess which ones are real and which ones are electric. That's a pack of cigarets on the right, just for prespective. And a cup on the left. One or more of these candles is/are the one or more that I got from church. Guess. Bill Spransy Dec. 16, 2012

Ants
I was riding my bicycle a few days ago and I noticed some ants just hanging out, like a little party or something. So I stopped to see what was going on. They didn't seem to be doing anything productive but there was alot of them, like a festival or something. Luckily I had my camera, so I took some pictures (see photo). I don't think they even noticed I was there (ants can't see, can they?).And I saw some more ants today. This time they were working.
Their brains are so small, how can they think? They probably have about three brain cells.

About Sunday, and last November
It's Sunday March 11, 2012, I went to the track at Brown Deer High School this morning and ran a few sprints and then a mile. None of this was very fast, I was just focussing on getting it done without any pulled muscles or injuries, so I was mostly slow and careful. Maybe I can do this more often now that it's getting warmer, and start running at a faster pace.
Then I went to church, I was supposed to set up the tables and stuff. Sylvia was supposed to help me but she didn't come, she was sick. I wasn't sure how to set everything up so Pam helped me.
I'm planning on going out on St. Patrick's day, that's this coming Saturday.
I went to a party a few months ago at my sister in law's house. I wasn't having much fun because everyone was listening to Joe. Joe is a hansome middle aged guy, very successful and very talkative. Everyone seemed to be listening to him talk, like he was doing about 60% of all the talking at the party and everyone was all around him. So I went into the dining room and talked to three farmers that had come in from Waterford, friends of my sister in law. And they were telling me about life on the farm. I asked them what they did for fun out there in the farmland. They said they like to tip cows over. "Cowtipping" it's called. You just give the cow a good shove from the side and they fall over, and they can't get up again. Usually you do it to other people's cows as a prank. They said that once their neighbors woke up to find their whole herd of cows tipped over. There were alot of empty beer cans in the area and they weren't sure if the beer had been drank by the cows or the pranksters that tipped them. They never found out.
As it turned out, these three farmers were BS'n me right from the start. Yes they live near Waterford, but they aren't even farmers at all. Here's a picture of them, the whole family, husband wife and daughter. Now I know why they were laughing so hard when they were telling me about life on the farm. It was really fun talking to them.
